Our wines were well received during recent trade visits in London with our distributor Liberty Wines.
The visit included a Master Class with some of London’s leading Sommeliers and a vertical tasting with Decanter magazine.
Dawson James wines are now are being poured on some of the top tables in London including the Savoy Hotel and China Tang in the Dorchester Hotel.
Our run of success in this prestigious international wine show has continued with the release of the 2023 results. In particular Dawson James Chardonnay found favour with the panel of international judges.

The 2022 Royal Hobart Wine Show results have been announced and were delighted to receive 2 Trophies and 4 Gold medals.
We are always pleased to show our wines in the Royal Hobart Wine Show because of its strong exhibition of Tasmanian Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines.
Our results this year included:
- 2020 Dawson James Chardonnay Gold and Best Tasmanian White Wine Trophy ( Class 7)
- 2021 Dawson James Chardonnay Gold ( Class 6 )
- 2020 Dawson James Pinot Noir Gold (Class 21)

Provenance Classes judge three vintage wines with a minimum of three years between each wine. It was great to win the Pinot Trophy this year having won the Chardonnay Trophy on two previous occasions. It is a real test of consistency and age worthiness.
